Refund policy
Returns cannot be accepted because we work on a made to order model. This means that we produce mostly custom pieces, from dyeing the wool to hand knitting the garment. We don't keep a stock, as for hand dyed and hand knitted clothing, this would be wasteful and expensive to utilise the materials and labour that goes into making a piece. However if there is a problem with your order please contact me and I will try my best to help.
